Saheli is a member of the Firms’ Corporate and Commercial law division. She assists clients on Foreign Direct Investments which includes M&A projects and incorporations and registrations of overseas companies. She also assists in filings in relation to the alteration of particulars of overseas companies as well as de-registration and striking- off of companies.
She regularly advices both foreign and local clients on compliance matters and corporate governance as well as providing practical legal solutions to complex issues related to corporate law, foreign exchange law, customs law, anti-corruption and anti-money laundering law and sector-specific regulatory laws. Saheli is also skilled in providing legal opinions and conducting legal research on various corporate and commercial law matters with respect to a myriad of sectors.
In addition to her corporate and commercial law expertise, Saheli also has experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents such as agreements, governance documents and corporate resolutions as well as carrying out legal due diligences on behalf of clients.
