Anandhiy carries out assignments pertaining to several areas of law such as Capital Markets, Corporate and Commercial Law, IT, Media & Telecommunications Law, Insurance Law, Mergers and Acquisitions and Taxation. She has been involved in a number of key projects undertaken by the Firm including: mergers of leading banking institutions and leasing companies, defending hostile takeovers, a legal due diligence in respect of IPO of telecommunications giant, group restructurings of conglomerates, acting as local insurance consultant for an international consultancy project for IBSL funded by the ADB, privatization of a state institution and divestment of controlling interest of a multinational in the local entity.
