As a member of the Litigation and Arbitration Group, Manjula is experienced in handling litigation matters for corporate clients pertaining to various areas of civil law including company law issues such as shareholder disputes and other management issues. She is also involved in arbitration matters in respect of both Government bodies and private companies. She advises clients on alternative forms of dispute resolution and settlement negotiation.
